Who is Amian Health Services?
Always Care was founded in 2001 by Phillip Papillion with the purpose of helping seniors experience the best quality of life possible, by providing needed services that meet their particular needs. Our focus is on helping people maximize their resources and benefit in living an independent life, while maintaining personal dignity.

Amian has increased our service offering to include Senior Care Management and Alzheimer's Care.


Amian Administrative Staff

Phillip Papillion, MBA, CSA - President

Mr Papillion has extensive experience and expertise in the area of Home Care services. He is an active member of the National Association of Private Duty Home Care. He has a Masters of Business Degree with a focus in Health Care from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a BA in Sociology. Mr. Papillion is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) having unique training in the needs of seniors.

Donna Kasper, BSN, RN, CMC

Donna brings an extensive background of geriatric nursing to Amian. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers Association and is credentialed as a Care Manager (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. With fifteen years experience, Donna's skills in assessing clients in the hospital, home or facility setting, allows her to assist Amian in implementing a plan of care that is based on an individuals special and unique needs.

Katrina Janette, LPN, Client Services Coordinator

Katrina has worked in the Acadiana area as an LPN for the past ten years. In addition to assisting Amian in coordination of each client's personalized care, she provides staff education. Katrina's extended training in infection control, dementia/Alzheimer's and home safety, as well as current status as an American Heart Association CPR instructor and National Safety Council First-Aid instructor, provides the resources needed for educating Amian staff.

Theresa Rideau, Office Manager

Theresa is an integral part of Amian as she is in charge of filing, billing, customer relations and assistant to the president.
